Atlas is a cold planet and living in Atlas always feels cold. And night sky you can see a gas giant. That has a ring and looks really nice. Looking at the sky. You'll see that it looks like clouds in space. The reason for that its because. the gas giant has a ring. It creates dust from the  millions of meteors going around the gas giant that creates a ring. and these meteors hit other meteors creating dust. that goes to Atlas thats why you see dust around atlas
